My first approach to the concepts was quite direct in addressing several issues of the proposal, in particular, the structural aspects of wind resistances.
The idea was to have small scaled buildings on the lower level and on top of them have a series of interlocking frames of different scales and at perpendicular angles to provide its stability (to house the wind turbines).
However, this idea was challenged by myself soon because, although it has a strong industrial feel to it, it also brings in another sense of the alien character that makes it seem out of place with it surroundings. (Something I needed to avoid in my proposal).
